Father’s Day Gift Guide: How and What to Choose

I don't know what Father's Day is about, but I find myself confusing things to help our sons get my husband. It's not easy to buy it because it never wants more than it has. Well, unlike that little excavator that sprays every time we pass equipment dealers, but it won't happen soon ... because those gifts look like the ones that have to be put in a closet or used once to form and then discard. I set myself the task of being creative and finding something they love and often use. Over the years, I have devised a method that can help you get rid of the fear of buying a gift for your husband or father on Father's Day, so you may go bankrupt or the dreaded tacky tie syndrome. How to choose a great gift for dads:

Check your budget. I firmly believe in using creativity - not mega dollars - to find the perfect gift. Not every gift requires a unique blockbuster price tag. If you mean the amount in dollars, write it down to stay on the line.

Think about how you spend your free time. Does he watch television? Run? Golf? Go boating? Walk? Read the book? Grill? Lots of travel? What he wants to do best when he's alone is a good place to start.

Fill in the application. To remember his favorite thing, look for something that will help him. His favorite show Breaking Bad? Buy him a DVD or a whole series. Did the marathon run? Bring him a new shoe or bracelet to hold the iPod. Does he like working in the yard? Bring him refurbished work gloves or pants with reinforced knees. Is there a lot on the way to work? Get him a luggage, a travel pillow or a travel charger for the phone.

Do it about him and not about the glory of the gift. If you’re absolutely perplexed, give him a gift card to his favorite store. Check out their Father’s Day Gift
